About
These guidelines do not grant a copyright license to any fan content related to Online Obsession or My Sweet! Housemate. I also reserve the right to issue a formal takedown request for any content that infringes copyright. This includes content that contains any of my assets or Intellectual Properties (IPs). This page is subject to revision at any time.
Fan Work
"Fan Work" refers to any content that includes my IPs. The content includes, for example, art, music, animations, videos and the like. The guidelines apply to any fan work that includes characters, story and/or setting from either My Sweet! Housemate or Online Obsession.

I have no restrictions on how artists choose to depict the content (characters, setting etc.) of either games in their fan work - you have artistic freedom to make your own interpretations. However, please play the games before selling any merchandise.

As an independent artist, you may sell your fan work in a limited capacity. Do not mass produce or distribute your fan work through large stores or mass production websites (such as Redbubble or Amazon). Do not sell edited versions of official assets in any capacity. Do not claim your merchandise to be "official".

Fan work must be related to My Sweet! Housemate or Online Obsession in some way - you may not use my IPs for projects that are not their derivatives (for example, you cannot use the game characters to represent your brand, or as your vtuber model).

You may also produce merchandise or fan work for non-commercial reasons, like charity or giveaways.

Businesses interested in selling My Sweet! Housemate or Online Obsession fan work or merchandise by any means other than described above should contact me for licensing or permission.

If you are unsure or want to make something that is not covered in these guidelines, please feel free to contact me.
